Ms. Wachs represents medical practices and practitioners and small business clients as a litigator as well as a transactional attorney, including healthcare, ERISA, commercial real estate and business matters. Ms. Wachs possesses a unique perspective practicing law and assisting clients based on combination of skills as a litigator and transactional attorney. Her practice also includes detailed familiarity with FDCPA and state consumer fraud issues, company formations, contract review, and the preparing of related documents including corporate by-laws, operating agreements, and buy-sell agreements. Ms. Wachs’ commercial real estate experience includes purchase and sale of properties as well as lease preparation, review and negotiation, and zoning applications. When you need your business protected, Ms. Wachs is who you want in your corner.

GINA CAMPANELLA, ESQ., FACHE, OF COUNSEL

Ms. Campanella focuses her practice on healthcare regulatory and transactional matters where she has assisted clients with transactional services and regulatory compliance consulting, as well as general counsel services to small and large medical practices and professional societies alike. Clients seek her expertise when reviewing physician and provider employment/contractor agreements, formation of new medical practices, separation from and sale of medical practices, practice structuring, and state health care licensing and registration. Ms. Campanella is a nationally respected regulatory compliance specialist who dedicates herself to educating professionals nationwide on issues of regulatory compliance.

Ms. Campanella is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (New Jersey Chapter) and the American Health Lawyers Association. Her additional certifications include earning the status of Certified HIPAA Administrator from the HIPAA Academy, and she is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Ms. Campanella is also an Adjunct Professor at the Seton Hall University School of Health and Medical Sciences.
